View meeting materials/annotations: Supports viewing uploaded materials, annotation files submitted by participants, screenshot annotations and other meeting material information. Meeting material files are classified according to folders, and user access permissions can be set individually for each folder. It can be subdivided according to file types, and supports sharing files, uploading, exporting, classifying, and pushing files.
Meeting sign-in: Direct sign-in, handwritten sign-in (handwritten whiteboard method, original handwriting retained), personal password sign-in, conference password sign-in, and fingerprint/ID card sign-in can be set before the meeting through the backend. Supports viewing the sign-in status of participants, supporting display of participants' serial number, name, department, position, sign-in method, sign-in time, sign-in status, sign-in seat display, and deleting sign-in records.
Meeting agenda: Supports uploading agenda files, customizing agenda writing, and setting timeline agendas.
Electronic whiteboard: The electronic whiteboard module is divided into "individual use" and "multi-person interactive use". Supports uploading images, comes with common graphics tools and text insertion, and can customize handwriting thickness and presentation. After completion, it can be saved to the server and locally.
Screenshot annotation: During the meeting, you can take screenshots and handwritten annotations on any page and save them to the server.
Video service: Supports live video and on-demand video, and opens videos of conference-related materials for playback. The standard version supports simultaneous playback of 4 signal sources, up to 32 channels, and can initiate simultaneous screen projection of video programs.
Interactive communication: During the meeting, participants can choose to communicate with one or more other participants. Participants can communicate via text.
Business navigation: You can set multiple custom URLs and call local browser pop-up windows to access.
Conference control: supports display of terminal information (participants, names, device status, interface status, external document opening, device type, device ID). Supports control of all lifts, microphone rise/fall, control terminal unified shutdown/power on/restart, control terminal software restart, reset participant roles, assisted sign-in, supports role setting, and sets external opening documents.
Voting management/voting, election management: supports elections, voting content (add, delete, modify), excel import, export, countdown, election voting type (agree against, custom option content and multiple selections), register to view details ( serial number, participants, options), view charts (displayed in pie charts), and voting results can be displayed and viewed in real time.
Video control: Video management can be carried out, and the video source can be on the same screen\end the same screen, projection\end projection (the chairman/secretary has higher authority)
Announcement management: display: title, content. Announcement notifications are forced to pop up on all terminal devices and closed after reading. The announcement interface can be customized.

Electronic table card: divided into three lines to display: variables (meeting name, name, position, unit, seat name), color, font, font size can be customized, and background files can be imported.
Participants: Can display the name, unit, position, department, mobile phone, email, and permissions of the participants, and supports one-click export and import (local, common personnel list), roles, and common participants.
Meeting management: supports display of meetings (current, history, all meetings, serial number, meeting name, meeting status, confidentiality, time, appointment person, sign-in type), supports copying of meetings, adding, modifying, deleting, and querying.
Meeting archiving: Save basic meeting information, participant information, meeting check-in information, meeting voting results, meeting shared files, meeting annotation files, and encryption of meeting materials in a compressed package format.
Conference main interface: The display content of the main interface can be configured according to needs, supporting the display of the current conference name, current time, participant names, and participant roles. (This interface can delete modules according to project application functions.)
Same-screen broadcast: By clicking "Initiate Screen Casting", participants can send the content display of this conference terminal to other participant terminals and the large screen of the venue to achieve real-time screen broadcast.
Read U disk upload files: During the meeting, if there are temporary files, you can upload the files to the meeting through "Upload Files"; and share them to other participants' terminals to achieve rapid file sharing.
